MEN BUILDER SARL, société de droit camerounais agréée par le Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Formation Professionnelle (intérim, recrutement), recherche 10 Chargés de la Flotte Automobile à Yaoundé, en CDI. Le poste consiste à gérer et optimiser la flotte de véhicules de l'entreprise : maintenance, disponibilité et conformité, dans un environnement professionnel dynamique (secteur import-export).
Missions :
- Coordonner la gestion quotidienne de la flotte automobile
- Assurer la maintenance régulière et la réparation des véhicules
- Optimiser l'utilisation et la répartition des véhicules selon les besoins opérationnels
- Suivre et contrôler les coûts liés à la gestion de la flotte
- Garantir la conformité des véhicules avec les réglementations en vigueur
Profil :
- Expérience de 2 à 10 ans dans le transport ou la logistique
- Niveau Bac+3 à Bac+5 et plus
- Anglais et français (bon niveau)
Qualifications et compétences :
- Connaissance approfondie de la gestion de flotte automobile
- Gestion d'équipe et coordination logistique
- Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de planification
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion de flotte
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel

Key Responsibilities Coordinate the movement, positioning, and dispatch of containers, cargo, and vehicles within the terminal yard. Ensure cargo and containers are accurately identified, tracked, and released in line with approved dispatch instructions. Liaise with truck drivers, fleet operators, terminal personnel, and relevant departments to facilitate smooth dispatch operations. Verify dispatch documentation, cargo release instructions, and relevant gate pass before authorizing exit in line with company procedures. Monitor truck entry and exit, loading and offloading activities, and turnaround times. Maintain accurate records of container movements, dispatch activities, and yard transactions. Ensure compliance with bonded terminal regulations, safety standards, and security procedures. Report discrepancies, delays, damaged cargo, and other operational issues promptly. Support proper yard utilization and ensure the orderly positioning of containers and vehicles. Prepare routine dispatch reports and update operational records as required. Requirements Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience in yard dispatch, shipping, logistics, haulage, or terminal operations. OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is an advantage. Basic understanding of container handling, cargo dispatch procedures, and terminal operations. Familiarity with dispatch documentation, gate passes, cargo release procedures, and truck movement coordination. Good record-keeping, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment and coordinate with drivers and other field personnel. Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure the integrity of purchasing and inventory-related data. Cost Control and Reporting Monitor procurement expenditure against approved budgets and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Prepare procurement reports covering spend analysis, supplier performance, purchase orders, delivery status, and cost-saving initiatives. Analyse purchasing trends and recommend improvements in sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and procurement processes. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with procurement policies, approval procedures, and audit requirements. Maintain accurate records of quotations, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and supplier agreements. Team Leadership and Supervision Supervise, guide, and support procurement team members to ensure efficient execution of daily procurement activities. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in procurement, preferably in a structured, high-volume procurement environment. Demonstrated experience supervising, coordinating, or managing other procurement staff. Proven experience handling a large and diverse SKU portfolio, with strong understanding of SKU-level purchasing, stock replenishment, and inventory coordination. Experience in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, purchase order management, and cost control. FMCG, manufacturing, retail, distribution, or other fast-moving, high-volume industries experience will be an added advantage.
