Entourage Integrated Trust Limited (lending, leasing, venture capital and microfinance) is looking for a Credit Officer to facilitate lending for clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing paperwork in Owerri, Imo State. Locations include World Bank Market, Site and Services, World Bank Housing Estate, Port Harcourt Road, Douglas, Warehouse, Whethral Road and Bank Layout.
Responsibilities:
- Review loan requests
- Assess clients' financial status
- Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
- Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
- Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests
- Set up payment plans
- Maintain updated records of loan applications
- Follow up with clients about loan renewals
- Monitor progress of existing loans
- Daily and weekly repayment collection
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a credit officer, loan officer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
- Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- NCE/OND/HND/BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics or a related field
Benefits: starting salary NGN 112,000, monthly incentive, pension, bi-annual profit sharing, HMO, flexible working hours (11am – 6pm), yearly appraisal, performance-based salary review.
