SAASA B2E recrute un(e) Stagiaire Achats (Procurement Intern) à Yaoundé pour appuyer ses activités logistiques. Poste idéal pour un(e) jeune diplômé(e) souhaitant démarrer dans les achats et la supply chain.
Missions :
- Acheter biens et matériels auprès des fournisseurs et marchés de Yaoundé en veillant au rapport qualité-prix et aux délais.
- Prospecter les marchés, comparer prix, qualité et conditions de livraison, et négocier tarifs et conditions de paiement.
- Vérifier la conformité des achats aux spécifications.
- Tenir à jour la base fournisseurs et évaluer leur performance.
- Établir les bons de commande, suivre les livraisons, contrôler factures et bordereaux.
- Archiver les documents d'achat et rédiger les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels.
- Agir avec intégrité et prévenir les conflits d'intérêts.

Review purchase requisitions and ensure procurement activities align with approved budgets and internal procedures. Supplier Management and Negotiation Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure consistent supply and competitive pricing. Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, and contractual conditions to achieve cost savings and value for money. Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels, quality requirements, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock. Monitor stock availability and procurement lead times to support uninterrupted business operations. Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure the integrity of purchasing and inventory-related data. Cost Control and Reporting Monitor procurement expenditure against approved budgets and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
