Description du poste
Graphics System S.A. recrute un(e) Technicien(ne) Froid et Climatisation pour installer, régler et entretenir les systèmes thermiques et frigorifiques de ses bureaux et sites de production à Douala, afin de garantir la température et l'humidité nécessaires à la conservation du papier et au fonctionnement des presses.
Missions :
- Diagnostiquer et réparer les climatiseurs (split, gainables, armoires de précision) et les systèmes de refroidissement industriel ; intervenir vite pour éviter les arrêts de production.
- Planifier et réaliser la maintenance préventive (filtres, compresseurs, niveaux de gaz).
- Gérer les fluides frigorigènes dans le respect de l'environnement et tenir le registre de consommation.
- Suivre les stocks de pièces, encadrer les prestataires externes et sensibiliser le personnel aux économies d'énergie.
- Documenter les interventions et respecter les normes QHSE.
Objectifs : disponibilité des systèmes ≥ 95 %, MTTR < 4 h sur les zones stratégiques, zéro fuite non signalée.

Prérequis & Compétences attendues
- ✓BT, BTS ou Licence pro en froid et climatisation ou génie thermique
- ✓3 à 5 ans en milieu industriel (imprimerie appréciée)
- ✓Brasage, lecture de schémas électriques et frigorifiques
- ✓Manomètres et multimètres
- ✓Anglais technique (lecture) souhaité
