FIN'Elle, filiale du Groupe COFINA dédiée au financement des femmes entrepreneures (190 collaborateurs, 5 agences), recrute un(e) Responsable Remédiation Financière à Abidjan, en CDD ou CDI, sous la responsabilité de la Direction Générale.
Missions :
- Piloter le dispositif de remédiation (recouvrement) autour de deux blocs de portefeuille pour maximiser les récupérations et maîtriser les créances dégradées.
- Superviser le Responsable Créances Radiées & Rachetées et le Responsable Créances Restructurées Legacy, PAR 180+, Immobilisées & Déclassées.
- Arbitrer les priorités et coordonner les stratégies de traitement avec les fonctions concernées.
- Garantir la qualité du reporting et l'application des standards Groupe ; remonter les dossiers nécessitant une décision des instances.
